If you have won a prize, you will be notified via email within 30 days of the competition closing date and your details will be displayed on the Winners Wall of Fame as initial and surname only e.g. S. Smith.

You can register via the button in the top right of the menu or using the form on the competition pages.

When registering, if you receive the message ‘This email address is already registered’ then this means that this address is already tied to an account. This could be an old account that you have created and forgotten about or deactivated. In this instance, all you need to do is log in or visit the Forgotten Your Password area to reset your password.

If you are registering for the first time and the address finder does not find your address, then please use our contact form.

The prize sponsor is responsible for delivering your prize to you. Please allow up to 30 days for the delivery of prizes from when the competition ended. If, after 30 days, you still have not received your prize you can contact the prize sponsor whose email address can be found in the footer of the email notifying you of your win

Please be sure to check your junk folder to see if the prize sponsor has contacted you regarding your prize.

The biggest culprit for not receiving emails is that your email provider filters incoming emails to reduce unwanted emails in your inbox this means emails often tend to go straight into your junk folder without you even realising meaning you could potentially be missing out on our exclusive competitions and being notified of a win.

If you have already done this and still not receiving our emails, fill in our contact form and we can investigate why this is.

Yes, you can enter the same competition across different magazines and each one will count as a separate entry per day.

To update your address, log in to your account and visit the 'Account Details' section. On here, scroll down and you will see the address boxes where you can place the new address. Then click 'Update Details'

If you are either filling in the registration form or updating your address on the account page and the address you are using cannot be found, please use our contact form and include the new house number/name and the postcode.

As stated in our terms and conditions, it is your responsibility to make sure that all your account details are up to date when entering our online competitions. You can update this in the account details section when you are logged in.

You can get in touch with the prize sponsor to see if you can amend this if they haven't sent out the prize. The prize sponsor’s email address can be found in the footer of the email notifying you of your win. If the prize has already been sent out, then they do not need to provide another prize.

The prize sponsor is given 30 days to claim the winner/s and get the prize/s sent out from the competition end date, this is stated within our rules of play. As soon as they call up, we upload the initial of the first name and full last name of the winner/s onto the winners' page. It is more than likely the prize sponsor is still within 30 days.

Before anything you should be aware that

• The password field is case-sensitive
• Your email should be the email that you registered with

If you are still having trouble with this, then please visit our Forgotten your Password area. After entering your email address and clicking the ‘Submit’ button you should receive an email allowing you to change your password.

Please also remember to check your junk folder in case the reset password email has gone there.

Google Chrome has started to automatically add an ad blocker to your browser. This will stop ads from appearing. To turn this off, follow this guide: Disable Chrome Ad Blocker

If you are not using Chrome and you are having this issue, it may be that you have a third-party ad blocker plugin which again stops ads from showing. To turn this off, head to your browser settings, then go to plugins/extensions and find the ad blocker and click remove from browser.
